← Home The Builder Journey

Seven stages.
One ascent.

No one is dropped into the centre of the Circle. Every builder climbs the same path, from first hearing of us to lifting the next person through. Scroll, and watch the line rise with you.

Arrival · I

Discover

You hear of the Circle the way these things travel: from someone whose judgement you trust. There is no advertisement to answer, no form that finds you. Only a name, mentioned with care.

Curiosity is the only thing asked of you here.

Arrival · II

Connect

A first conversation, unhurried. We want to understand what you are building and why it matters to you. You learn what the Circle is, and is not. Both sides are listening for alignment.

Arrival · III

Join

Alignment is confirmed, on both sides. You cross the threshold and become a member. Nothing is bought. Something is agreed.

Belonging · IV

Participate

Your first ninety days. We ask nothing of you but presence. Show up, listen well, and find your footing among people who are glad you came. No leadership is expected this early, and none is rushed.

The room earns your trust before it asks for your effort.

Belonging · V

Contribute

You begin to give before you are asked. An introduction made, a problem solved, a table hosted. Your presence starts to shape the room rather than simply occupy it.

Leadership · VI

Lead

You carry initiatives now. Others orient themselves by the standard you keep. Leadership in the Circle is not a position granted; it is a gravity you develop.

Leadership · VII

Lift

You reach back. You discover the builder the Circle is meant for next, and you bring them through, the way someone once brought you. The journey completes itself by beginning again in another.

And the Circle widens by one.

Discover, Connect, Join. Participate, Contribute. Lead, and then Lift. The shape of a builder's life, drawn once and walked many times.

The first stage is the quietest.
It begins with a conversation.
